Return and Refund Policy

 

Return Policy:

We will refund your purchase price back to your original form of payment or store credit minus a 15% restocking fee, if within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed. Please include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the built-to-order nature of our products, all orders are processed immediately upon purchase. Cancellation requests may be made prior to the item shipping, all approved cancellations will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover material costs and labor.
